This trend is more prevalent in Agency financing for multifamily, especially for loans >6.0MM, where pricing ranges between 2.80% – 3.75% – depending on duration and terms; however still attractive. Commercial properties with strong leases are also being sought after by banks and conduit lenders demonstrating how lender sentiment has shifted.
